Milwaukee Brewers, Dodgers and Henderson
Digest more
LOS ANGELES – Brewers right-hander Logan Henderson saw Sunday’s pitching matchup at Dodger Stadium and had to chuckle. It isn’t the first time he’s been connected to Dodgers Trade Deadline prize Tarik Skubal.
Milwaukee Brewers fans are understandably bummed about missing out on Tarik Skubal — especially since he's with the Dodgers — but Logan Henderson can provide solace.
Logan Henderson went six innings and allowed two runs to get a win over the Pirates on Tuesday. Henderson gave up a pair of home runs, but both came with no one on to make them more digestible. Outside of the roundtrippers the 24-year-old was outstanding with eight strikeouts against one walk while throwing 55-of-83 pitches for strikes.
Logan Henderson took the loss after allowing a two-run homer in the seventh, but it'd be hard to find the Brewers starter at fault for the 3-2 loss.
