According to Target, stores will be open on Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Locations will be closed on Christmas Day. Target closes early on Christmas Eve, but the retail chain had been offering extended shopping hours. From Nov. 29 to Dec. 23, stores were open from 7 a.m. until midnight.

Christmas Eve brought a familiar rush and a reminder of what the season is really about.
