Baker Mayfield shared on Tuesday, Aug. 18 that he has reunited with his extended family, almost two years after he filed a lawsuit, along with his wife Emily, alleging that his father and brother had not repaid $12 million dollars that they stole from him.

There’s just a few weeks left before the start of the 2026 NFL season, and yet the Tampa Bay Buccaneers find themselves in a pickle. Quarterback Baker Mayfield’s contract is expiring soon, so both sides are trying to work out a new deal.
