The Cleveland Cavaliers are trading the 32-year-old guard to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for Tre Mann, according to ESPN’s Shams Charania. Charlotte will become the 12th NBA team of Schröder’s career and his sixth in the past 20 months. He has now been traded nine times and is set to play under his 15th head coach.
