"Lanterns," HBO and HBO Max’s new DC series starring Kyle Chandler and Aaron Pierre, is getting off on the right foot in its first season thanks to big numbers for its series premiere.
As per Variety, Lanterns season 1 episode 1 pulled in a whopping 9.3 million viewers in its first three days on HBO and HBO Max worldwide, marking the biggest series premiere for a DC Studios show ever. Plus, 6.6 million of those views came from the US.
