According to a report from NFL Network, Houston is signing Sterling Shepard and Zay Jones. A second-round pick in 2016, Shepard spent the last two seasons with the Buccaneers. In 2025, he caught 38 passes for 371 yards with a touchdown while also taking four carries for 19 yards.
