NEW YORK – Merck and Moderna announced Wednesday that a Phase III melanoma trial of Keytruda (pembrolizumab) and the personalized cancer vaccine intismeran autogene has met two key endpoints.
The firms will evaluate Ideaya's IDE892 with Genetech's GDC-7035 in MTAP-deleted, KRAS G12D-mutant pancreatic cancer.
The CAR T-cell therapy is the world's first approved for solid tumors and is being tested in a US-based trial.
The firm will use the proceeds to advance neuro-metabolic therapies, including a Phase I/II trial of an antisense oligonucleotide for ALS.
