Magic Mouse Toys, a longtime fixture of local retail in Pioneer Square, shuttered its doors permanently last week, according to a note on the store's door.

The longtime store occupied an 8,500-square-foot space at the base of the Mutual Life Building. It's the second sudden closure in Pioneer Square in recent weeks.
