Barcelona sign Spain midfielder Rodri, the player of the 2026 World Cup, from Manchester City after a trophy-laden seven years with the Premier League club.

Barcelona made official the signing of Spain captain Rodri on Tuesday, with the midfielder celebrating his arrival to a club that understands “the values" of soccer and saying it was a “tough decision” to leave Manchester City.
